Lost or stolen Debit Card
Immediately contact the bank at 618-284-3440 or 618-282-2265. During hours when the bank is not open,call Shazam at 800-383-8000.
State Bank of Prairie du Rocher does not solicit information via E-Mail. Do not respond to any E-mail requesting information about you or your account. Please do not send sensitive customer information through E-Mail. Call us immediately if you receive an E-mail asking for information on your account.
Internet Banking will not ask to enter personal or account information during the login process or for any Internet Banking pages where the information requested is not relevant to the transaction. Customers should not enter sensitive data if they are prompted to do so.
Outdated Windows operating systems and browsers could also increase your vulnerability to fraud. Up date your operating systems on a regular basis.
