Convenience

Automated Teller Machine Enjoy the convenience of our Automated Teller Machine (ATM) 24-hours-a-day, seven days a week.  We provided this machine to make life easier for you.  Just remember to use the same precautions and common sense when using an ATM that you would use when using your checkbook or your credit card or carrying a large amount of cash in your pocket or purse.
Internet Banking

Experience the Power of Free Internet Banking!

Take control of your money with free Internet Banking.  It’s a powerful convenience that will allow you to do your banking when you want to, 24 hours a day.  It’s the power to access account information…to check balances…to see what checks have cleared…to transfer funds between accounts, and much more.

Bill Pay You can also pay bills electronically, which saves time, postage fees and the worry your payments haven’t arrived.  Plus, paying bills allows you to set up an automatic payment schedule for recurring bills and lets you view those payments anytime.

Commemorative Coins We are able to get most coins offered as Commemorative including Gold Coins, Silver Dollars, or the State Quarters.
Federal Tax Payments Businesses can drop off their federal employment tax payments at either location.  Payments are transmitted electronically each day.
In-House Check Printing Offers you the convenience of receiving your checks the same day you place the order and at a reduced cost.  No worry about running out of checks!  With several styles available, what could be more convenient.
License Stickers We offer State of Illinois license stickers for a small fee of $5.00 per sticker.  Sticker types include:  automobile, B-truck, motorcycle, and small trailers.
Title and License Transfers We process State of Illinois vehicle title and license transfers.  Your application is processed and mailed to Springfield, IL on the same day.  Service charge is $10.00.
Money Orders & Cashiers Checks Fees range from $1.00 to $5.00 dependent on dollar denomination.
Overdraft Privilege Overdraft Privilege is a service we add to your checking account to cover overdrafts to a set limit, subject to eligibility criteria.  With Overdraft Privilege we will generally pay your overdraft items up to $500, however, whether your overdrafts will be paid is discretionary and we reserve the right not to pay.  When we pay overdraft items for you, you will be charged our normal overdraft fee, currently $20, for each item that is presented.
Shazam Check  Card A wonderful time saving product.  Use the card instead of writing a check at a point of sale.  Or, use the card to access your account at an ATM,  to receive cash or inquire on your account.  All that convenience in one small card!
Notary Public Notary Public service is available at either facility.
Utility Payments For your convenience, we accept the following utility payments (both facilities):
  • Harrisonville Telephone Co.
  • City of Red Bud Utility payments
  • Prairie du Rocher Utility payments
